- Mindful Movement & Harmony Chanting - The River is Flowing!... The River of Spirit! "The River Is Flowing" was a chant written in the 1970s by Sun Bear, a member of the Chippewa Tribe. He was born in the White Earth Reservation in the North of the United States in 1926 and died in 1992 in Spokane, Washington. Additional verses were added by E. Barrie Kavash in her adventure novel "Sacred Cave" in which 5 generations of Algonquian Indian women guide their people through a period of wildly destructive forces using their mystical powers. |
Radhe Bol Joyful Dance/Chant Celebrating The Divine Interplay of Masculine & Feminine Energies The soul has a natural yearning for spiritual awakening... This mantra is a tribute to the legendary Hindu avatars of Radha and Krishna. Radha is a milkmaid who represents the embodiment of perfect human devotion to the Divine. Govinda is a name for Krishna which means "the one who tended the cows". Bolo is "sing the praises of." The love between Radha and Krishna is the ideal of Love, absolute surrender of individuality in the case of Radha and absolute divine grace in the case of Krishna. Radha's yearning for union with her beloved Krishna can be seen as the soul's longing for spiritual awakening, to be re-united with the Source from which it has become separated. The divine interplay between Krishna and Rada symbolises "Spirit and Nature dancing together". |

Giving & Receiving in the Flowing Circle of Life! St. Francis, Patron Saint of Animals & The Environment From "The Prayer of St Francis" - "Lord, Make Me an Instrument of Thy Peace!" "Dying" to the egocentric experiences of struggle, self-inflation or victimhood, opens us up to the soul-full experience of "eternal life". In this sacred circle dance, the life of the soul is symbolised by coming into UNITY (back-to-back with "another") to form an "angel". The angel's wings are formed by our outstretched arms (reaching out to, and flying along on, the spiritual life). The Art of Inner Stillness - Creative Power of Simply Being - Experience Eternity! |
