Bodywork in Healing
In workshop 2 we learned some powerful ways of clearing energy blocks at the mental, behavioural, emotional, perceptual, social and spiritual (life-force) levels.
Workshop 3 focusses on more persistently and deeply-held blocks which can be accessed at the physical level. Enhanced awareness and release at the physical level is usually accompanied by additional release of deeply locked-in mental, behavioural, emotional, perceptual, social and spirit (e.g. self-esteem, courage) energies.
Bodywork can take a variety of forms:
